what does "would you like that upsized to medium or large" mean in a fast food restaurant?

Medium: Fries and coke bigger than small...

Large: Fries and coke bigger than Mudium..

Upsize: The fries an coke are HUGE they are definetly BIGGER than medium and large..

U pay a little more for each bigger size...

It means "Would you like to pay a little more for a medium or large fry and drink instead of the small that comes with it?"

They upsize your fries and drink. Not a good choice.

Well, it could mean whether you want it larger serving or not?

or whether, you want to pay more for more unhealthy stuff?
