Is there a certain program you use to make your photos black and white with one subject in color?

If so, what do you use? And does it cost anything?

Here's an example of a picture I found:

    Try GIMP.

Its free and downloadable. Photoshop is obviously slightly better but very expensive.

Once you have GIMP, you can watch tutorials on YOUTUBE that will give you a step by step on how to do selective colouring.

I've been learning online for the past few days and they are very helpful and alot of fun.

    Good luck.

u can open up a free photobucket account. after uploading ur photos u can click on edit which is above every photo that has been submited. i like it cause then u don't have to use up space in your own memory and if anything ever happens to your pc u can always access your pics. jus remember it is a public sight so i would not put up anything that is too personal.

    hope i was a help:)
