Bestfriend / bust it baby relationship finally coming to an end? give suggestions?

Ok I have a girlfriend who I met about 3 months ago and ever since then we can't go a day without talking to each other. Shes cool as hell, sexy, and intelligent.

We've talked about moving into a relationship but college is right around the corner for both of us and we will be forced to move into a new environment anyway so starting a relationship would be pointless. When we are together we have fun, kiss, cuddle, little, and basically do whatever people in relationships do. But she has been telling me recently she doesn't want to move into a relationship because it always ends up with her breaking the guys heart. She told me she just gets bored with the guy and she isn't happy anymore. Im beginning to get the feeling that this is starting to happen with us... last night was the first night we haven't had really anything to talk about.

I want to know what can I do to not have her be bored with me, keep our friendship alive, and any suggestions of activities to do would be helpf
