is it safe to sell on a router that has been used?

It's a linkseys, works fine, no need for it anymore - just wondered if any info gets stored on the router etc. regarding our network details/IP address etc.

Update:

It is a router for ADSL/cable - not sure if that makes a difference?

    Perfectly safe on one condition.

You need to reset to factory defaults. This will take away all your personal settings i.e. blocked websites etc, but it wont give away any personal information.

Yea, clear out the settings before selling it, there should be a reset button on the back (paperclip handy?).
