if the motor is good but doesn't operate at any speed the problem could be in the heater/air conditioning control assembly or the heating/air conditioning computer. troubleshooting either of these electronic components is beyond the scope of the home mechanic and should be refer-ed to your jaguar dealer or other qualified repair facility. or it could be the two relays in the motor housings. it could be one of the housings that has gone bad.
