Nose piercing?

I want to get my nose pierced but I only want to have one of those REALLY tiny studs. Can you start out with the really tiny ones or do you have to start out with the bigger ones? Also, I have really sensitive skin, do you think this will be a problem?

If you go to a professional piercer, you can usually pick out your jewelry. All nose rings and studs are 18 gauge anyway, which is very small. I have sensitive skin too, and as long as you keep it clean on a regular basis, it shouldn't be. I use Dial's antibacterial fragrance free soap to clean my piercings. Try to get some H2Ocean or mix a sea salt wash for it (1/4 teaspoon sea salt/non-iodized salt for every 8oz of water) and if your skin gets flakey, you can use a little Lubriderm around the piercing--make sure your hands are clean first! Other than that, feel free to shoot me an email if you have any other questions. Good luck :D
