*My Tuna Casserole I
4 (6 ounce) cans tuna in vegetable oil, drained
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 ounce) can peas
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles (I use NO Yolks Noodles, medium or broad)
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 yellow sweet onion, diced
regular potato chip (for baking only, I use either Lay's or the generic brand non-ruffle)
salt
pepper
Boil the egg noodles until done,7-8 minutes.Dice the onion. While eggs & noodles are still boiling, mix the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, the small can of peas, and the diced onion together in a big pot on the stove. Cook at about medium.
When the noodles are done, drain, then add them to the big pot.dice the eggs up into the big pot.Stir the entire tuna casserole mixture well, add salt and lots of pepper to taste, and let simmer for a while, so that the flavors have a chance to mingle. About 10-15 minutes.Serve hot.
----Baked Recipe:.Follow above recipe (excluding the stovetop big pot).
After mixing together all ingredients in a big bowl, get out your casserole dish, and lay a layer of the Lay's potato chips on the bottom.Put in a thick layer of tuna casserole mixture, then add another layer of Lay's potato chips. Add another layer of tuna mixture, then chips, then tuna. You can also crumble some up to sprinkle on the top.Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes.(I think this recipe is the best when it is baked)
* Tuna & Chips Casserole II
1 12oz package wide egg noodles
2 teaspoons salt
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups chopped broccoli (about 1/2 lb)
2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna, drained
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed lays potato chips
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large (6 qt) oven-proof pan, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add 2 teaspoons of salt. Add noodles. Just before pasta is done (earliest cooking time minus 2 minutes), add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander and set aside.
While the water is heating and pasta cooking, dry sauté the mushrooms in a frying pan on medium high heat. When mushrooms have given up their moisture, remove from heat and set aside.
After the pasta has cooked and is draining in a colander, use the pasta pot (the oven proof one) to heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the pasta and broccoli mixture back into the pot; add the mushrooms. Mix together. Add the tuna, can of cream of mushroom soup, grated cheese, milk and cream, and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top and cook for 20 minutes at 400°F in the oven, until the topping has browned.Serves 6.

My sister and I were talking, and we grew up eating this, too. This was on the back of the Lays Potato Chip bag.
Tuna Potato Chip Casserole
1/2 lb. potato chips, crushed, divided
1 (12 oz) can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup (We used cream of Celery soup)
scant soup can of milk
(We added a can of peas, drained)
Place half the crushed potato chips in the bottom of a small casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick coating spray. Spread tuna over it.
Combine soup and milk. Pour over tuna. Sprinkle with remaining crushed potato chips.
Bake in a slow oven, not over 350 until hot and bubbly, about 35-45 minutes.

This is how my sister and I used to make it. Dad called it Salt Casserole. in a big bowl combine 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk, stir. Drain 1 can of tuna. Stir into soup. Pour in whole chips (we just kind of guessed. Maybe 1/2 a bag or 3 cups?) Stir gently to cover with soup and pour into casserole. Bake until brown and bubbly. I like to eat it with more chips.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU90c
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
