FRAPS (The screen recording software) help?
I'm using this screen recording software called FRAPS. Its working fine and all but the videos take soooo much space (Like a couple hundred for like 20 sec.) There was the answer to my question on the FAQ page but then i had to get this other program called Tsunami Mpeg Encoder. Anyone no where i can download it and USE it for free? It asks for a serial number...
Thx

keep using FRAPS , it's good but save as AVI and use VirtualDub to minimize the size ! In VirtualDub , select Video > Compression > choose any method except uncompress ^^

Fraps doesn't encode the video, so the files are huge. That, coupled with the slow USB connection, is probably what is causing your lag. Try some recording software which encodes the files, such as Bandicam, and also try writing to an internal hard drive which will be much, much faster.

You should also be able to change the resolution and quality of the video being recorded. Lower it to take up less space.
