Oblivion Elder Scrolls IV XBOX360 - Another Strange but good Behavior!?

Hopefully this is good. But not sure if this will affect anything. I'm almost done with all quests , so maybe have nothing to worry.

Strange behavior: I'm at level 23 and noticed that since level 21, my level progress meter always remains at 100%. Which means, every time I sleep (every day - I tried it twice already) my level increases to the next level ( I get to increase my skills) and the level progress meter remains at 100% (doesn't reset). I wish it behaved like this at lower levels. It would have been great. But now that I'm almost done with all quests (except for a few), I see this. Hopefully this won't come and bite me in my **** later .
