True.

I didn't notice and think to asking him that when he visited me in Ramadi, Iraq in 2006. It wasn't important to ask a Senator and former POW and fellow wounded servicemember those types of things,

but on the other hand it is possible:

due to being tortured by being hung by his arms, he cannot raise his arms very high. whether this keeps him from combing his hair though, i dont know. he doesnt have much hair left anyway.
