Can someone translate this from arabic to english please?

When I was in Jordan I visited the cave of the seven sleepers (Ahl al Kahf) and I took this picture:

    its a message from the leader to the people from the islamic time

    bismi llahi rahmani rahim or bessm allah alrahman alrahim

    in the name of God the merciful (from the qur'an)

    min sahibukum alameen ila kul almuomineen

    from the faithful man who believes in God and to all the believers

    and there is a word alharb that means war

    hey i tried really hard but i could hardly make out any of it, but i can tell u for certain the first line reads, bism illah arrahman arraheem, which means "in the name of god the most mercifull" so yeah sory! :)
