Does anybody have any idea who this is? Old Celebrity Photo.?

I aquired an old autographed photo. The persons penmenship is terrible, and I can't make out all of the letters.

I scanned the picture and uploaded it to my server. Does anybody have any idea who this is?

    im not to sure who it is

    but to me..he kinda reminds me from the guy in the old movie gone with the wind :S
