http://atlaslabels.com/index.htm
Atlas Label & Packaging, and I think there is a 10,000 cap minimum for ordering.
CYMBA, Inc does engraving, and can do custom bottle caps. http://www.cymba.com/
If you are interested in creating custom bottle caps either with laser engraving we can do this. This will produce a black or white mark on the cap. Prices...setup is $55.00 and engraving is $.35 each plus the cost of the caps.
From what I've found, there are also companies in India that you can probably contract out, no idea on costs.

Never EVER use screw-on glass bottles. That is the way to create bottle bombs.Even if nobody gets cut by the shrapnel, it results in a nasty mess. You can use the returnable bottles (preferably brown); they are heavier and can take the pressure generated by home brews. The Swing-top (Grolsh-type) bottles are popular too, if pricey. In an emergency, you can use the PET bottles that soda come in. If your Dad really gets into the hobby, he may start using kegs and growlers but avoid them for now. Get cases of empties from a distributor, wash the heck out of them after you soak off the labels (I soak in water + TSP + bleach.) and then sanitize.

On Wednesday the mayor visited businesses in the city's Mission district, where several stores had windows smashed or dealt with fires after the Giants' 4 3victory over the Detroit Tigers on Oct. 28.
"The mayor expects a safe, peaceful Sunday and he's telling people to be responsible and respectful to the city. But we're ready for anything," said Falvey.
