You're creating a HP fan site!!?!?!?! That's awesome!

I'm not sure if these suggestions will be any good, but I hope I'm helpful!

1) Pictures and art relating to HP

2) A blog for posting latest news on anything that has to do with Harry Potter (includes, books, movies, actors, etc)

3) Links to YouTube videos that are related to HP

4) A place to post videos that viewers made about HP (I'm not sure if that's even possible)

5) The layout of the site could have some really neat HP pics

6) A section where there are Some Interesting Facts About Harry Potter (this could be about the books or about the making/filming of the movies)

7) HP fan fiction

8) Information about the making of the movies and where it's being filmed, the music, the directors, producers, actors...

9) Short summaries or maybe even book reviews of the books

^^^OK, just so you know: I don't EXCPECT you to have all that stuff on your site, they're just ideas.

I don't know how good you are with software, but perhaps some free HP games?

Maybe some Polls and a Survey/forum for people to talk about there HP questions/conspiracies/news and all that jazz?

Maybe some funny stories about mad fans (like me and you ;)) and the extent they go to, to show their HP Loyalty from around the world..?

Maybe a News segment that would tell about any up coming things in the HP world?

Put your HP fan videos on it :) And some games,jokes,and the opportunity for other users to put their own comments,vids,pics,...And everything mentioned by the folks above,biographies,chat rooms,oh,and at times you should put a competition,for the best vid,pic or HP presentation.And a 'photo of the week' should br choosen every Sunday...Oh,and give the users the opportunity to make avatars as well,for the chatroom,you know,but let them be in some way related to the series.That would be cool.

I would change places with Hermione during the kiss in the Room of Requirement. Honestly, it's just so passionate and romantic. I like spur of the moment things like that. Plus, although my heart belongs to Fred, wouldn't mind kissing any of the Weasley boys (bar Prcy of course). Or I would swap with Tonks in almost any scene. Tonks s amazing, and despite her being a fictional character, I'd have to say I look up to her.

As much info you can get about the new films!! A mini bio of the characters and the actors who play them!! A chat room would be good too. A mistakes page just telling about mistakes from the books!!A load od photos too = ]
