downloaded IE7 on my Dell Dem 3000. running Windows XP service pack 2.crashes often.Idea?

IE7 is a nightmare. Whenever I have two windows open and then close one I get an error message and IE has to close. IE6 works better, though not perfect. Any idea what could be going wrong???

    You might be having spyware or registry problems. Download and run Advanced Windows Care Personal on your computer, and "repair" the problems that it detects. IE should become stable after that. In case it doesn't, you can use any alternate browser like Firefox, Opera (either of them is much better than IE).
