my verizon wireless phone does not receive calls?
it can call other phones but it is as if it never get called we have experimented but still nothing does anyone no what is wrong or how to fix it.

Make sure call forwarding isn't on.
call *611 for verizon support, they can take a look at your account and find out a lot better than someone here can what's wrong.

sure. You pay in line with minute no count what. besides the incontrovertible fact that, maximum Verizon on the spot plans have limitless cellular-to-cellular, wherein any call to or from yet another Verizon on the spot consumer could be loose.

your restrictions (security settings) might be set to where there are no incoming calls
or
the signal is not great enough to be able to receive a call
you need little signal to call someone but an even better signal to receive a call
