Does a video card's bus speed have to equal my computers FSB speed?

For example, I have a Dell Dimension 2350, running a P4 2.2ghz with a 400 MHz FSB. If I wanted to get a Radeon X1300 (which has a 533 MHz bus speed), would I be an idiot for doing so?

Update:

EDIT: Tragically, I have neither PCI-E nor AGP slots - only PCI (because Dell does things on the cheap).

As long as you get the version of that card that physically fits your computer (AGP / PCI-E) you'll be fine.

Just get one that is right for your computer.
