Shortly after the film, "Supersize Me", McDonald's put an end to "Super Sizing" because of its, "negative connotations with obesity.". Today when customers ask us to Super Size things, we just give them the large version of the meal they ordered.
But to answer your question, a LARGE Double Quarter-Pounder with Cheese value meal will cost you around $6-7.00.

McDonalds stopped supersizing (some do jumbo) after the film SUPER SIZE ME! It was about a moron who ate only McDonalds for a month, and if they asked to supersize, he had to say yes. It took him a year to get what he gained off and McDonalds claimed it had nothing to do with the film, but we aren't stupid! One lady did the same thing except with healthy McDonalds and she lost weight! So I'd say about 2 or 3 dollars>?
