He took the signature off the World Court because IT VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION. Amazing how people hold the Constitution so sacred until it goes against what they want done. The Constitution says NO COURT is to be above the Supreme Court, the World Court WOULD have been above the Supreme Court. Second Clinton didn't put his name on it until the last minute, which is part of why President Bush could remove the U.S.'s signature. Also Clinton VIOLATED the Constitution when he signed the U.S. on, which is done constantly by Presidents, as only Congress can ratify a treaty, which this would technically fall under. That means CONGRESS would need to approve of it.
Anyway you STILL aren't listing anything that is a war crime. Until you list at least ONE war crime then I'm going to have a hard time seeing where he committed any. Anyway if he was tried then everyone(including Hillary and McCain) who was in Congress and AUTHORIZED THE USE OF FORCE would have to be put on trial as well. They may not have given a declaration of war, but they approved of it.

Never a President of USA got trialed for his Performance when he is and when he was at Office...The most thing that can happen to a USA President is to be impeached by Congress , remove him from power if they can prove the case or cases...and then the new President of USA that he will take over...will Pardon him from any fines, punishment or liabilities.

No, I expect him to be exalted to highest degree for having the gall to go against terrorism with all odds against him!
President Bush promised the people and he kept his promise, "Today I hear what you are telling me..." concerning
the cowardly terrorist act which killed thousands of innocent
people in the 9/11/01 attack...."and I tell you, that it will be soon that the one's responsible for this will hear from You
Too....!" Our president kept his promise and the Taliban
with Al Quaeda became cave dwellers and not government heads! No, we won't put our hero on trial...but we will keep the pressure on terrorists with the leadership of John McCain.
Your hopes of 'an easy on terrorist' type of president such
as Obama will not materialize...your Jimmy Carter type just swapped a lot of slobbers with Hamas and the likes for naught! Sorry Dude!

Not a chance. That is why he disavowed the World Court, which President Clinton supported. He didn't want himself or some future President to be liable for war crimes, real or imagined.
