Gas engines and HOH?

Claims are that using a water electrolysis unit, 20% savings can be made with a car engine. Working from that, how much Hydrogen/Oxygen mixture would have to be generated to do this? How much water would have to be converted to get this much mixture?

    It's all a scam. They just want your money.

    there is a power loss, not a gain.

    Not just my opinion, but that of every competent engineer or scientist.

    If such a thing worked, don't you think the auto manufacturers, who are under a lot of pressure from governments to improve mileage, would not have bought this up and include it in every auto?
