What is this hip hop song?!?!?

Its like in the beginning it sounds like "shimmers" and its like sparkling sounding lol if you sortof know what i mean and then it goes: ooooooooooooooooooh and then like cuts to rap and a beat....does anyone have ANY idea AT ALL what that song could be?!

And I think there is a girl singing in it...I dunno if that helps but yeah lol
