Because scientists try to explain away the inevitable but really the answer is just so simple. There are two parts of your brain and they are each fighting for control (like a little lego war or something) and each wishes to give an answer, thereby the user (of The Brain) 'thinks twice'.... see no seconds though about it!... I think....
