Seriously, though...if you're going through a hard time, please talk to someone you trust, and be very specific! Remember that there is always someone who loves you and is willing to help you with your problem(s). God bless.

You don't, the only way is if your dead. If you mean like you hit the lowest point of your life and all you do is break down, then don't consider that as your life is over. You'll get over whatever that is bugging you and you should talk about it with someone you trust.

I feel you should live each day to its fullest. You never know when your life is over. It may end by a freak accident. Anyways just relax and enjoy yourself and be thankful for everything that you have.
