What could it be?!?!?
My friend is really sick. She hasnt been sleeping well (in fact barely at all) shes fatigued and shes lost 5 pounds in a month and is 8 pounds underweight. She is not anorexic or have an eating disorder. What could it be?

This is a near impossible question to answer as there are many things that can cause those symptoms, and it depends on her history, age, the many possibilities can be psychological, many can be physiological. Best advice, see a physician for a full workup ASAP.

You cant even begin to second guess this one. She needs to see her doctor as soon as possible.
