Well I live in Estonia..
Pärnu is the summer capital- so in the summer there are a lots of tourists, because there is beach .
Tallinn is the capital, so there are many things to see. ( Especially in the old town, i would tell some names, but i don't know how to translate them (Raekoda, Pikk Hermann)
You can also go to some island , for example Saaremaa. The islands are small and you can go with ferry.
Food.. well I don't know. I think we eat pretty much like anyone. I don't know about the food...
A lots of souvenir shops are in old towns. Mugs with pictures and postcards for example.
