What is wronggg with meeee. heeeeeeeeeeeelp?

I think I am the fattest thing in the world next to a samouri wrestler. I want to lose weight before bathing suit season is over so that i can feel better about myself. I am doing so many situps (200 every hour or so) im not eating any junk food, or much food for that matter, and im going for a lot of runs and walks.

I want to know if that will be enough to lose atleast 10 pounds. I have this weird bulge in the center of my stomach...and its taking every ounce of confidence that i ever had.

Please give me some of your pointers or tips to help me.

Pleaseee im sooo sick of being a walrus!

    Ok there are2 things going on here.

    1.Diet, if you really want to lose 10 lbs go on the detox/ calorie shifting for 10 days.

    2.Fitness, do 1 hr of tough cardio 6 days per week.

    You have got to be in ur bikini in 2 weeks I will be. There will always be omeone who looks 100% worse then you.

    YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh, BTW, it's sumo, not samurai, those are the tall guys with armor and huge swords :) but you are so not fat, you are average, here, go here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ it will tell you the same exact thing, also, do yourself a favor, stay away from that scale in your bathroom and EAT, also, that exercise will make you GAIN weight, in the form of muscle, i tried gaining weight that way, sadly it seems impossible for me to gain ANY weight, and remember that genocide trip, the guy had all the pics of bloated children, you want that to happen to you?!?! just eat, and, for all you know, half of your weight is muscle, and, that "bulge" either you are seeing things or its from all the sit ups, i dont think that many is healthy, and, if you need a laugh, remember that stepno will be in his moms room for the trip :D

    P.S. if any1 needs to worry about weight, it should be me, i only way 85 pounds according to your scale!!!!!!

    EDIT: BTW, if i felt like biking for 30 minutes, i would come over to your house, slap you across the face, then bike back to my house, just sit down and work on those 1,000 cranes (I'm only up to 102 or so :( )
