Final Fantasy 7 Remake?

NO. Every one is saying it is coming out for the PS3. It's not. There is a teaser of Cloud on the train, just like the original one started. It is just that, a teaser. It would be nice to see it remade, with better graphics, and voices. I think I might hurt some of the die hard fans to see that. But I would still like to see it. Maybe one day, but that day will be a long time from now. You might see Final Fantasy XV before the remake. I would be happy to see FF XIII by the end of next year.

I'd love one, but no truth to the rumors currently..at least nothing "officially annouced" I would guess if they are planning anything, we wont hear much/anything about it until after FF13 is nearing completion.

To the poster above...No it doesn't really show a preview. The events in Crisis Core leave off exactly where 7 begins. The final scene after the credits is a short PSP remake of part of the FF7 intro, giving the gamer the knowledge that we can continue the story in FF7 if we'd like to...but it does not state a remake is coming.

in 2005 they started the remake to show what it would look like.

but Square Enix insisted about a year ago that they would not remake it due to how many the main creators being busy on other projects.

although another site said they they are planning to remake it for november but to be honest they are leaning towards remaking it considering they make FF7 with FF7 crisis core FF7 advent children FF7 DOC.

Ignore those that say there is one, for now as we know it there will not be a remake of Final Fantasy VII.

Yes its coming for the ps3 later next year i think. Theres a preview for it when you beat final fantasy 7 crisis core. At the very end of the game after all the credits it shows the preview

No, there's not. There never will be, because there's no way they'd turn a profit on it, with how much work it would take and how many other games would have to be cancelled to do it. Plus, by the time they finished it, the PS4 would be out.

No, not at all. There are no plans on remaking FF7

yes it is true that the game will be remade kind of like how FF12 is and it will be on PS3 PC and possibly Xbox360
