Im giving it to jackson...the man is hard to hurt, he is a better fighter this past year than he has ever been, hes stronger and i believe faster than griffin, he has faced the BEST fighters in the world and has always performed well. Hes just an all around better fighter than griffin.
Its so funny reading some of the previous posts and seeing what people say.
Forrest beat an injured shogun in his first fight in the cage, Rampage broke some ribs in his fight with shogun which was imop a big part of his loss( i am a huge chute boxe fan)
those saying that Griffin has a better chin i ask you to go watch Griffin VS Jardine where forrest got kod, and then go watch either of the Wanderlei VS Rampage fights and then tell me who has a better chin.

Rampage is the better fighter, but even Jackson says that Griffin trains really hard. I think Jackson will take this fight too lightly and lose to Griffin in a close decision.

Rampage is faster, stronger, and has more experience. By the way when he lost to Sho gun total different training camp. If you compare the Rampage from pride to the ufc version. Totally better in the ufc. Forrest is good enough to get a title shot. But, Rampage is a bad man boy, Forrest KO round 2.

I say Jackson will KO Griffin in the 1st or 2nd. He is just too strong. I like Forrest and he is tough and all, but Jackson will overwhelm him.
Lai, Shogun had a bad knee in the fight with Forrest. Plus, he gassed after the 1st round. If he is healthy, he would beat Forrest hands down, so there is no way to compare those fights. Your reasoning is incredibly flawed.

Even though im not well experienced with the UFC , i think Griffin will be the winner cuz his fighting style is jiu jitsu plus boxing while jackson only wrestling so i think griffin will overwhelm him.

I think Jackson has the advantage. But Forrest will last atleast till the 4th or 5th round.....and If he can frustrate Jackson enough with his pace and chin, maybe he can make him make a mistake and get a win.....but I think Forrest will have a big mountian to climb to beat Jackson.

i think forest will win rampage has some heavy hands but forest can take a punch and keep on coming forest tapped shogun and he can tappout rampage i say he wins by submission in the 3-4 round after some intence fighting

i see several ways for jackson to win the fight but coming up with a scenario for griffen to win is tougher.
jackson puts guy to sleep with his power, griffens knockouts are sparce.
jackson has proven he can go five rounds, so forrest wont be able to gas him out like he did rua.
griffen isnt going to outwrestle him or tap him more than likely.
its not a mismatch, griffen is a good fighter, but he is going to have his hands full with jackson.
ill say rampage via tko from ground and pound in round 4 or 5.

My head is going with Rampage but my heart is going with Forrest. As much as I want to see Forrest win i think it's going to be Rampage by round 2 TKO.
