    Here is the order of how he got his 4 losses:

    5/29/1993- Lost by first round disqualification to Javier Duran (pro debut for Marquez).

    9/11/1999- Lost by 12 round unanimous decision to Freddie Norwood with scores of 112-117, 111-115, and 112-114 for Norwood's WBA featherweight title.

    3/4/2006- Lost by 12 round unanimous decision to Chris John with scores of 110-116, 111-116, and 112-116 for John's WBA featherweight title.

    3/15/2008- Lost by 12 round split decision to Manny Pacquiao with scores of 112-115, 115-112, and 113-114 for Marquez's WBC super featherweight title and the vacant Ring Magazine super featherweight championship.
