YOUCH!!!! I'd be taken the battery out of that one and trying a restart. If that didn't work I'd take it back to the store/provider and have it checked/traded.

it's probably just a malfunction with your phone. bring it in to your wireless provider and have them look at it. If all else fails, buy a new phone.
