ok im friends with this girl and she sent me this email quiz and told me to take it and one of the questions was do you think im lovable and i put no because i thought we were just friends but then she messaged me and she sounded really upset about it and now i feel really bad about and i dont know what to do please help

she didnt want to know if U loved her.......
she wanted to know if ANYONE would love her, or "lovable", which is just another way of saying "would people like me, and enjoy hanging around me?" 
when u said "no, ur not lovable" u basically said "no one likes u". talk to her, and tell her that she's a very nice person, and etc,etc,etc.

2.)tell her you didnt want her to know how you really feel, then start a conversation about it.
