Need hairstyle/color suggestions!?

i say u go short with layers and side bangs. and go lighter in ur hair i think it will look nice with ur skin tone..

Maybe take it up a few inches and add some layers and a stronger bang. As for color, I think a dark brown w/ burgandy highlights would look nice.
