Industrialists invest in urban developement only. why?

why don't they think of buying forests to maintain them. orchards to grow more fruits. farms to grow food? That would help to save environment.

    there are some points. Due to them only:

    1 industrialist want to promote their products

    2 they want good communication and transport system

    3 land appreciation is only in urban areas not in forest areas

    4 saving environment doesn't bother them if it would have then we mustn't have pollution, global warming etc..

    well actually there is this thing called "agro-industry" where in industrialist are trying to improve agrocultural products but since as the other guys have already said, there is more MONEY, MONEY and MONEY in the urban(city) scene although there is more competitition involve

    What the hell are they going to get by investing in forests?Are they going to gain any MONETARY BENIFITS.They need "fast money". only Profit.
