Gamers, Would you buy this PC?

I am currently creating a Gaming PC business, and plan on selling computers I custom-build. Just wondering if $1300-$1400 is fair for this computer setup:

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium

22" LCD Monitor

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.0Ghz

4GB of DDRII 800Mhz Gaming Memory

ATI Radeon HD 4870 Graphics Card

250GB Hard Disk Drive, SATA

DVD±RW Drive w/ LightScribe Disk Technology

Update:

I have an option for any OS, even linux if you REALLY want it.

The monitor has a 4ms response time, so it's fine.

The hard disk is a SATA-300 Drive with 16mb of cache.

Update 2:

The Radeon HD 4870 has 512 of 256-bit GDDR5 memory at 1800mhz and a 750mhz core clock. 800 stream processing units, and DX10.1 compatibility.

It outperforms the GeForce 9800 GTX+ and comes pretty close to the GeForce GTX 260

It sounds ok for gaming...I would rather see XP professional. be careful with LCD monitors...look at the responce time. that needs to be as low as possible for the best gaming experience. don't buy anything more that 6ms response time. 4-5 is the best you can get right now.

Make sure that hard drive is SATA300 and not SATA150!
