Try not to eat a lot of salt. And bananas help.

Your doctor may put you on Birth Control meds to control the pain and bleeding. There are a lot of different kinds so don't be discouraged if the first one doesn't work. You can ask your doctor, too, about any homeopathic meds that might benefit you. The only other thing I could think of is to take a nice warm bath, then lay in bed with a rice sock or hot water bottle on your belly. Cramps suck!

If you drink lots and lots of water and eat bananas you'll be fine. If it still doesn't work out, just fill a water bottle with warm water and put it on where it hurts. (or have a nice warm bath)

    Hope that works!

There are pressure points on your ankles that can make the pain go away. Push right under the round bone on the side of your foot/ankle.
