Is a little peanut butter safe to give to grown Chihuahua?

I give my pomeranian peanut butter once in awhile. I put some dog food in his kong then cover with peanut butter and freeze. Keeps him busy for awhile and not bad for him at all! He really likes it. Just don't give to much chis are small dogs and peanut butter is loaded with fat and calories too much and will gain weight.

Yes my dogs love it when i put peanut butter inside of their rubber toy called the Kong and they just sit and try to get all the peanut butter for hours. Keeps them busy! Lol. But yes it is safe for dogs.

As far as I know, all dogs eat p-nut butter. If you have a little dog, don't give too much though cause it's loaded with fat and will make a small dog fat.

well peanuts aren't poisonous to dogs. they can have peanuts but butter and peanuts itself and i have a chihuahua and she eats tons of peanuts so give your dog peanuts not the peanut butter

dogs love peanut butter... and it's not harmful...

we used to give my dog empty jars of peanut butter for her to lick out and entertain herself with.

A little dab makes a good treat, and isn't going to hurt. Just don't feed him great amounts.
