eat nd drink or drink after eating?

what is more healthy? have a sip while you eat or drink after you've licked your plate clean?

    It's not that good to drink after you eat... Why? It's very logic... After you eat, your stomack starts to produce juices to digest the food, if you pour down water it makes the juices rare and they can't do the work as good as thay should. Another thing is that you eat something rhat, for ex., stays in your stomack for 2, 3 or 4 hours. Than you drink water, which naturally doesen't stay in your stomack more than 5 min, so it is stuck there waiting for your body to let the solids leave the stomack first... I say, drink first, than eat... That way, you won't strech your stomack and you'll be less hungry and maybe won't eat as much as you ussually would.... Sorry about the spelling mistakes, I'm not American or English.... Baya!!!

    It's okay to eat this way, but if you find that you are lacking energy just by doing so, you may want to eat a little more. Also, you may be missing out on B vitamins and Iron all of which provide you with energy and a healthy body. You may want to supplement with a multivitamin. If I were you I would eat clean meats (not red), fish, tofu, and white eggs and always compliment that with veggies and a salad. You only need 3 or 4 oz of protein with every meal so you don't have to go crazy. If you want bread, have a little and continue drinking lots of water. Remember also all dark green veggies, raw sesame seeds, and raw nuts all contain calcium. Try reading "Fit for Life." I think you will like the concept of the book since it focuses on eating a lot of "water" content foods (fruits/veggies) and less processed foods and what time of day you should eat (body cycles), it talks about food combining and how the body digests food better when you combine foods properly. Good knowledge. I highly recommend it.

    Drink while eating. It helps fill you up.

    If it's alcohol, drink after you eat. Alcohol slows down your metabolism so it's best to digest before drinking.

    Both it depends on what u eat or drink.. If u drink coke than is bad for ur health, if u drink water then is good for u.. Get the hint?

    I think its better to eat before drinking.Then you can drink while you eat again, and after if you choose.

    one should never drink after having food ..thats not good for digestion...

    always have drink before food..that way u eat less and thats more healthy :)
