1996 suburban fan motor problem??
The fan motor for the vents and ac and stuff doesn't work but on high speed, does anyone know of a wiring diagram for this?? or what the problem may be??

Disregard what that other guy said about the motor, that's the last thing i would be looking at right now. The most likely cause for this is the switch itself. Nine out of ten times, the exact problem you have is caused by the switch. If the blower works on high...obviously it is working when it gets the right voltage. Try that and you shall succeed. And dude below me that gave me a thumbs down...boo that man

Leave the fan and switch alone. As someone has already said it is the blower speed resister pack located on the a/c housing under the hood. It is a common problem dating all the way back to the 60's and GM hasn't fixed it yet. It is not expensive and you can do it yourself with a 7mm nut runner.

the resister pack has gone bad for the fan. This is normally caused by the blower motor its self having to much current draw.

on this particular chev, the heater resistor is more than likely your problem. you will want to check voltage on all the wires at the resistor, just to make sure. fairly inexpesive part and not tough to change. have fun

Go to Auto Zone. They can tell you the location of the resistor and sell you a replacement.
