Sickened and exasperated...?
I have never been so disgusted with anything in my life, than I am right now. I feel like the fatest thing in the world.
In a day, I do 1000 situps, eat about 500 calories or less, run about maybe a mile, and walk about 4 miles.
Why am I not losing the weight? Should I eat more...or less? Or excercise more/less.
Please help me...I want to lose about 15 pounds, and I need to by the beginnning of september.
I want my end results to be: Flat tummy, tighter butt, and thinner legs.
please help me out...tell me what to do...please i beggg you...

You need to eat more calories, sweetie. Your body is in starvation mode, because you're eating so little. That's why it's not allowing you to lose any weight. If you eat more, around 1500-1700 Calories a day you'll lose weight.
Also, please talk with your doctor about this weight loss, as you might be thin enough and not even know it. Talk to your doctor.

If you do the same thing every day you will get less and less results as your body build up the musles and it will take less work to do the exercise
My advice is to start doing new exercises such biking and other musle build ups. Get a book or a dvd that have examples
Also you shouldn't feel that way. The more confident you are the more other people will notice you as you become thiner and toned

you have to eat more to lose weight.
i know, you were thinking the opposite right?
but you have to eat at least 1200 calories a day, or else your body thinks your starving and everything you eat, it wont burn, it will just store as fat.
i have that sick, fat-est in the world feeling all the time too :]
just keep up with exercising and eating HEALTHY.
