Can you activate Volcanic Slicer's effect on your opponent's turn too?
Volcanic Slicer is a yugioh card. Can you activate its effect once every turn including your opponent's?

No because it is not a Multi-trigger effect. Only Multi-trigger effects can be manually activated during your opponent's turn. (Unless a card specifically says it can be activated on both player's turn then it is NOT a Multi-trigger effect.) This is actually a common question.
