Does anyone have any ideas to keep the neighbors dogs from digging holes under my fence?

I have been putting bricks down but they just dig in another area of the fence. Is there a spray I can use to stop them? Help! We can't build any other type of fence as the Home Owner Assoc. will not permit it.

YES! There is a spray called Boundary, it works! It is an indoor/outdoor dog repellent. The only problem is you have to spray it every day. I use it because I have a teething puppy who likes to chew everything. Good Luck!

pour ammonia (that can be bought in stores )everywhere it will think it is another dog's territory and back off.
