I want to delete all of the junk files on my computer. Is there a program that can help me find and delete all files that I have never accessed, or haven't accessed for a long time?

Absolutely. If you are using a Windows, go to Start>>Control Panel>>Add or Remove Programs>> Click on the Change or Remove Programs button, and there is a little drop down box next to text that says "Sort By:" Click on the drop down box, and click Frequency of Use or Date Last Used, and wait for your computer to load up the list of programs.
