Real Estate is a difficult career right now with the housing problems. Lots of realtors with years of experience aren't selling homes so this is a bad time to start. Most realtors in my city work on commission only so if you don't sell anything, you don't earn anything. A tough job.

Realtors work on commission. It takes a long time to establish a steady income and much more work than you might imagine....because for every deal that goes through, there are 2 or 3 you chased that get away.... some people love the game of it all . you may get a realtor's license in below six weeks. it is no longer tricky to get into the sector, yet there is a large number of opposition and that's tricky to do nicely. there are various, many area-time genuine property brokers.
