Its simple the question is in tiebreaker for long period of TIME. The tie Breaker vote will be received now only that is why the best answer has been selected so lately.

Possible because you have not chosen best answer and others have not reacted on that by voting so time is time when someone has reacted on your question then only alert may be posted to you. Is not it?

either no one voted or may people did and there was a tie breaker for a very very long time! instead of leaving ur question best-answerless, u shuld choose one. leaving it for voting is useless coz the deserving person may not get those 10 pnts!!
