well you could try those mobile sharing places on the web or make them on your own using those ringtone maker. i make them myself if i want it to be free. i get my songs from limewire then use audacity to make them as my ringtones then transfer them from my computer to my phone using usb cord. but sometimes custom ringtones don't sound good so sometimes i just them from those legit place on the web if i want quality sound ringtones.
