What is this song my mom is thinking of?

It's about a guy that claims to be this and that on the internet, but in the music video it shows him as some fat old guy or something.. Just curious, she said it was funny and wanted me to watch the video.. It's most likely a country song considering that's all she listens to.. Also, does anyone know the song talking about guys now getting manicures, and tanning, etc.. but saying he's still a man.. Thanks a lot!
