DVD help ??

I lost the controller to my dvd player over a year ago. I was wondering if I could buy a new controller and still work on my dvd?

    All but really esoteric DVD players will be controllable by a "universal remote". They can be programmed via a code to work with most TVs, receivers, satellite boxes .... and DVD players. Before buying ($10-$15) check your brnad of DVD player is supported.

    You might just get a "universal remote". It will probably work fine for PLAY, STOP, chapter select and the other basic commands.
