whenever a girl is around the guy she likes, she will always try to be close to him or try to talk to him, she will always try to be happy or at least act like she is having a good time and almost always smile at him and laugh a lot.

Generally she will act nervous around you, especially when the person she's attracted to.
She'll also start 'grooming behavior' like stroking her hair or scratching the back of her hand.
Smiles and sideways glances are good too.
