    1.go to "settings"

2.then go to "wi-fi" which should be at the top

3.then choose you network out of the "choose a network" box

4.if yours did not come up then choose "other" in the choose a network" box

    5. Then type in the name of your wireless network and fill in the security code if it has one, which you or who ever set it up should know.

    Go to settings.

    Wifi network

than look thru the names of the different networks than click the one thats yours and enter a pass if needed and it should work perfectly.

On my ipod touch 8gb it works perfectly on my router and in my building i can sometimes pick up other networks that are unlocked!

your wireless connecter has to be hooked up to your modem and receiving signal, but im assuming you have that part down.

unlock your ipod, go to settings, wi-fi and it should pick up your network. select your network, if its locked it will ask you for a pass word, if it isnt it will just connect.

I'm starting a website dedicated to the ipod touch questions on yahoo answers. I just started it today but theres not much stuff but check it out:

if ur wireless connection is a secured network

then there has to be a password

whoever set up the connection must know it
