BABY BIRD, PLEASE HELP!!?
I found a baby bird in my garden, it looks only days old and cannot yet fly. I am living in Thailand and there are many cats which come into my garden. The cats will kill it. I tried to find the nest but i can't and there is no vet service etc i can take it to. What can i do to help it survive. I dont know the breed?

Great rescue! You cannot leave a baby bird on the ground for cats to get and if you cannot find a nest you need to care for the baby until you can get it to a wildlife rehabber.
NEVER feed a baby bird worms it can cause gapeworm which can be fatal.
NEVER put any liquid into a baby birds mouth unless you are experienced, doing this can cause aspiration pneumonia and the bay will probably die
Feed it a dog food based diet moistened to to consistency of oatmeal. Feed on the end of a stir stick or a straw cut to a spoon, like a slurpee straw
Keep the baby in a container lined with paper towel or something soft. Drape a towel over top, if you have a heating pad place it on low and put the container on top.
Baby birds need to be fed every 20-30 minutes for about 12 hours of the day, they sleep all night and do not require feeding.
Contact a wildllife rehabber in your area to take the baby bird.
Good Luck!
What does the baby look like? Can you post a photo?

well no watter the breed bring it in put it in a box or cage feed it chopped up worns you might have to shuve it down its throwt and give it a bottle or bowl of water make sure there is water in it at all times and give him a bath a few times a week in a sink filled just enough to get to his belly you should do this untile the bird can fly good luck!

Leave it alone. If you move it the mother will not be able to find it and may not care for it.
If the cats get it, that's nature... It's a shame, but it is what it is.
It's true. :)
You cant save everyone .

you can do that or take it in and get something to put it in. Its gross but you need to mash up worms and feed them to it and give it some water when its eyes open. also keep it warm.
